Biography
Lynn Kishaba is a multi-level strategic organizational developer with over 45 years of experience as a ministry and business leader, apostolic administrator, consultant, teacher, speaker, personal mentor, event planner & manager, copywriter & editor, website designer, and author.
As a Strategic Organizational Developer, Lynn has assisted in establishing and advancing several non-denominational churches and ministries. For ten years, she served The Bridge Ministries, the largest prison ministry at the time on the East Coast of the United States. There she developed the graphic design and communications department and ministered in prisons and jails under the direction of John P. Kelly. During that same time, she developed and led the Children's and Women's Ministry in two local churches. Lynn also developed and led Women's Ministries for several years in South Carolina and trained others to develop ministries for their churches.
In the 1990s in Pennsylvania, Lynn Kishaba held a political office and served as a campaign coordinator for state and federal elections. In 1994, she established her first business, The Gift Solution. In 1997, Lynn moved to the Dallas, Texas area to work with a promotional products advertising agency. She then transitioned from advertising to her calling as an apostolic administrator and developed three non-profit ministries. By 2007, Lynn established Achieve Solutions, Inc. to offer her wide range of skills to advance ministries, businesses, and individuals.
Lynn Kishaba's anointed gifting for Apostolic Administration enables her to serve organizations such as John P. Kelly Ministries and the International Coalition of Apostolic Leaders (ICAL), the largest known Christian society of apostolic leaders in the world, where she is also a member. Additionally, she serves on the Board of Directors for LEAD Global 360°, a Christ-centered business training organization.
As a biblical teacher and conference speaker, Lynn shares her wisdom on a diversity of subjects including: Leadership, Leaders who Serve Leaders, Christian life transformation, Apostolic Administration, and much more. She is a gifted writer and editor and has produced a wide variety of training and marketing tools for organizations and businesses.
She is the author of two books, Apostolic Administration For Such a Time as This - Who's Minding the Store published in October 2021, and Strong Women for Tough Times, published in October 2023. Both are available on this site or Amazon.
Lynn Kishaba is an Ordained Minister with Revival Fellowship International, a licensed ham radio operator (KG5LPA) and a member of Milestone Church in Keller, Texas. She is the grandmother of three wonderful children, the oldest is serving in the U.S. Air Force. She enjoys outdoor activities, reading non-fiction, and spending time with family and friends.
