"I strongly recommend this book by Lynn Kishaba. It is well-researched and well written, a one-of-a-kind book for the thousands of leaders who are called alongside a senior leader to maximize his or her efforts. Lynn defines an Apostolic Administrator (AA) in this book as “a mature Christian servant-leader with a God-given gift of administration who is called and anointed to strategically develop, organize, manage and advance the mission of an Apostolic leader.”
This is exactly right. And Administration is defined in terms of the New Testament Biblical word kubernesis meaning: to govern, steer, pilot, direct, serve as helmsman or ship-master. The root of the concept is that of the Captain of a ship which is part of a fleet of ships overseen and led by an Admiral or Apostle. Hence, the idea is that of a second in command, a COO to a CEO, or a manager of a division of responsibility in a company under a top leader.
The book must be put into the hands of every current and aspiring person who is called to serve a senior leader, whether in the Church or in business, government, education or any other sphere.
Thank you, Lynn, for your careful and faithful work in producing this volume with its excellent insights and passionate concern. This is a work of love right out of your heart. And you practice what you teach here splendidly as AA to the top leader of the largest Apostolic Coalition in the World today, Dr. John P. Kelly, of the International Coalition of Apostolic Leaders. This book is destined to lift the quality of life and ministry to all who read its pages and apply its principles."

Lynn Kishaba is one heck of a woman; an experienced apostolic administrator, thorough, disciplined; eye of an eagle type of a person, she is chiefly responsible for the smooth running of the amazing conferences we get to experience annually.
What I love about Lynn is the way she has remained in her lane, gained traction and expertise that borders on being an authority figure in her area of calling. I look forward to her sessions annually and also try to implement wisdom I glean from her teaching.
This year was of double celebrations. Lynn was able to present documented testimonial of her work and experience, as a resource material for not only apostles, but for apostolic administrators who need to understand the nitty gritty of working with apostles. Congratulations to Lynn!
It is my pleasure to present a really impactive book I had the privilege to review, alongside others.
I am particularly excited to be recommending this book.
Lynn is one woman who has encouraged me with my own work especially the Arise and Shine daily devotional, taking out time to send encouraging words that strengthen me. PLEASE CONSIDER TREATING YOURSELF TO A GREAT BOOK THAT WILL EMPOWER YOU TO BECOMING AN IMPACT LEADER.

"As an Apostolic Administrator for many years, Lynn understands the nuances to serving those who are called to lead. I’ve observed her interaction with spiritual leaders from around the World, and her expertise and professionalism are unparalleled. She demonstrates everything that is shared in this book, from the wisdom gained from her own experiences in this role. Many of these principles are multi-dimensional, serving the church sector as well as the marketplace.
Administrators at all levels will learn from the biblical truths shared in this writing. What Lynn shares are non-denominational, biblical truths that will benefit those called to serve world changers and history makers for the Kingdom of God. "

"I have known Lynn for many years and experienced firsthand her expertise in both leading and managing large scale events with precision. But her knowledge is not purely pragmatic, academic, or institutional since it carries with it a profound understanding of how ministry operates at a high level!
I cannot state enough how much I value her experience, insight and anointing to equip leaders in understanding both their needs and the “how-to” of mastering those distinct administrative needs. It would do you well to use her tools here for yourself AND your team, so that we all can enlarge the tent of Kingdom expansion in these times!" Jimmy Mas, New City Ministry

"God is restoring all the “gifts of the Spirit and truth of the Word” in the present Restoration Revival. One of the most necessary gifts needing recognition and understanding is the “Gift of Administration.”
In her new book, “Who’s Minding the Store, Apostolic Administration - For Such A Time As This”, Lynn Kishaba draws from decades of experience as an “Apostolic Administrator” working alongside an Apostolic Leader to become a “Force Multiplier.” Lynn is an excellent Bible teacher who lays out the scriptural foundation for the restoration of this “gift” with illustrations and examples from business, church and military experience.
This new book is the handbook for selecting, training, testing and utilizing the people whom God has graced with the “gift of administration” complete with ample references and resources to get the job done. As John Kelly has pointed out, “The first employee the Apostolic Leader should hire is the Apostolic Administrator” to form the Apostolic Team that can accomplish God’s mission of Kingdom expansion on planet Earth.
Lynn’s book will be enjoyable and enlightening to read for emerging and veteran Apostolic Leaders.
Thank you, Lynn for this powerful contribution to God’s work in the now. “For Such a Time As This.”

"Whilst there are a growing number of books arriving onto the Christian market that speak in the dynamics of the ministry of apostles and the apostolic ministry itself, in my mind, there are not enough books "yet" being written about how the grace and ministry of apostles can be effectively administered into the earth.
All visionary type leaders require a team of people around them that is highly skilled and anointed to earth the vision. Lynn Kishaba has given the body of Christ a gift in her book "Apostolic administration".
I believe this book will help many ministries to understand the missing link between the visionary aspirations that the Lord has placed on their hearts and the ability to land those God dreams into the earth as effective ministry expressions.
I believe this book is not to be read by those graced with administrative gifts but also apostolic leaders themselves so they can be upskilled in understanding how to dynamically align with the people on their team who are graced in this manner."
